Our Elderberry and Rose hip shrub is made with wildcrafted elderberries, rosehips, and fresh ginger infused in organic apple cider vinegar and raw honey. Elderberries help shorten the length and severity of colds and rosehips support the immune system with a high dose of vitamin C. Both fruits are also packed with flavonoids and anthocyanidins providing antioxidants and immune boosting properties. Take 1 tablespoon 5 times a day at first sign of sickness.
