Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Just hang onto your receipt or order confirmation so we can look up your purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it arrived and let you know next steps. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method — depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear.

If you're expecting a refund and don't see it yet, it's worth checking your bank account and contacting your card issuer first — there's often a short processing delay on their end. Still nothing? Email us at info@hinduhillbilly.com and we'll track it down.

Exchanges

If your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll replace it — no hassle. Email us at info@hinduhillbilly.com and we'll sort it out quickly.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
