Fermented garlic honey can be used to glaze meats, fish, and tofu. Use it in marinades and dressings. Our favorite way to use it is it to drizzle some right on top of a pizza after it comes out of the oven. Garlic is amazing for your immune system as well. We often munch on a clove to keep yourselves healthy or soothe a sore throat. This honey is actively fermenting so do not be alarmed if you see tiny bubbles and foam. The longer you let the garlic sit the more mellow it will be.
